To improve community-level preventive screening for vital organ health, we developed an innovative portable electrical impedance tomography (EIT) system. Unlike existing health initiatives that focus on metabolic risk management, this platform enables real-time, noninvasive assessment of heart, lung, liver, and kidney community settings. Clinical validation at Queen Mary Hospital, in collaboration with HKU, demonstrated high diagnostic accuracy: COPD screening achieved 82% sensitivity and 73% specificity, fatty liver disease 92% sensitivity and 88% specificity, and chronic kidney disease over 95% sensitivity and 94% specificity—revealing promising potential for broader healthcare integration.
